A new gated premises consisting of three self catering holiday apartments with parking facilities located 5 to 7minutes walk from Paynes Bay beach on the famous west Coast of St James.

Apartment1. One double bedroom 1bathroom Kitchen open plan living/ dining room and a patio. There is air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout..

Apartment 2. Two double bedrooms 1bathroom kitchen open plan living / dining area with and patio. Air con and celing fans.

Apartment 3. Two double bedrooms two bathrooms, kitchen, large open, plan living / dining area and a patio with air conditioning in each room.

Each apartment is fully furnished with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living / dining areas.

Each kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave, electric cooker, kettle, and a toaster and an iron.

A laundry room with a sink and washing machine is available in the building. The building has solar water heating and insect screens on all windows. Tub and shower is in each bath.

We enjoyed our stay at the property immensely and have recommended this property to all our family and friends. The owner and his representatives were polite and very helpful throughout both before and during our visit. This was our first trip to Barbados and all the pressure of planning and acquiring info was made much easier by the owner and his team. In fact we intend to revisit the Island soon and have no intention to use any other apartments or hotels. We found that staying at the Golden Sunset View Apartments was the closest thing to staying with family and they are great ambassadors for promoting the hospitality and social values of the Island.

Me and my Husband booked the one bedroom apartment but due to that being fixed,the owner made t possible for us to stay in apartment 3 and closed off bedroom 2:) The apartment was spacious and and was an accurate description to what was advertised on the website.
Throughout our booking,the owner made great contact with us,making our arrangements for our stay comfortable.
The property was clean and well maintained and had had all the facilities that were needed.
Lower Holders Hill is a great area,polite locals and amenities near by. The beach is about 4/5 minutes from the apartment. Roti shop and local bars nearby. Paynes bay beach is fab. Locals made our stay on the beach a GREAT one,it was the only beach we went to during the day. You can rent loungers and umbrellas for a good price and most days you can get food and drink at a small stall on the beach. There is a shower to use and a small cubicle to change out of your swimwear.
We have been to Barbados 4 times now and this stay was our first in private apartment. We had a perfect holiday and would recommend the apartments to couples and families.
You can get the local bus in to Town and also direct into Oistens for fish fry on a Friday evening.
Jacklyn the apartment manager was at hand if and when we needed her and also gave us our privacy. Thank you to Riddell for our pick up at the airport.
Also it was great to have a few things in the fridge(welcome pack) such as juice,bread,milk,water.
Thank you to owner and colleagues for making our stay a Perfect one.

Williams - cricketing holiday

Chris and Lynda have just spent two glorious weeks in this apartment which for us was in an ideal location. Our ambition was to go to the West Indies to watch a Test Match. Started by booking flights as soon as the dates were announced then had to find accommodation. We searched all parts of the Island and eventually came up with this apartment. It was ideal because we were going with two friends and it had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The layout and facilities were excellent, well maintained and very clean. The manager, Jacklyn, was very helpful and friendly. The owner rang on the night of arrival to check everything was OK. The location as described was tremendous. Located just north of the capital away from the commercial districts. 5 Mins walk to the beach or the Bus also a fantastic bar just up the road. Would recomend to anyone who wanted to mix with the locals. Can't wait to go again!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing
