A new gated premises consisting of three self catering holiday apartments with parking facilities located 5 to 7minutes walk from Paynes Bay beach on the famous west Coast of St James.

Apartment1. One double bedroom 1bathroom Kitchen open plan living/ dining room and a patio. There is air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout..

Apartment 2. Two double bedrooms 1bathroom kitchen open plan living / dining area with and patio. Air con and celing fans.

Apartment 3. Two double bedrooms two bathrooms, kitchen, large open, plan living / dining area and a patio with air conditioning in each room.

Each apartment is fully furnished with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living / dining areas.

Each kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave, electric cooker, kettle, and a toaster and an iron.

A laundry room with a sink and washing machine is available in the building. The building has solar water heating and insect screens on all windows. Tub and shower is in each bath.

This is a very clean and tidy property.My husband and I booked for three months and I can say we have come back to England fitter end healthier than when we went.
The owner of the apartment and his team are so very kind,and Wellington goes the extra mile to be considerate.
What with airport pickups,basic food,and stop off at shop to get our grocerys what more could we ask for.
We were not disturbed by the housekeeper but she was obtainable if needed,which is the way it should be.
We had wifi and we found we didn't need a car for the whole three months as local transport is the best of any island we have been to.
The people of Barbados are so friendlyand always speak to you and greet you with a big smile that you can't help but feel happy.
Thankyou Wellington for being such a kind man,and very good to do business with.We would thoroughly recommend your apartment to anyone and we wish you all the very best for the future.Should we come to Barbados again we would have no hesitation in staying with you.

I stayed in an absolutely beautiful two bedrooms apartment in Barbados The ambience was pleasant and the general living condition prestine.

It was my first time visiting this Island. The property manager was very helpful in ensuring that me stay was comfortable. She even voluntarily had a cooked complimentary meal waiting for me when I arrived and assisted me to navigate my way to sightseeing areas

The location of the property was very proximal to the tourist resort areas and easily accessible to shops, restaurants, beaches, and public transportation which was very economical.

I was impressed with the overall accommodations and would have no reservations recommending this property to vacationers.

Easy access by bus or 5 minutes by car to supermarkets (Fitts Village or Holetown)
