Stunning new 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, sleeps 5/6

IMMACULATELY PRESENTED BEAUTIFUL AIR CONDITIONED APARTMENT WITH FULLY INSTALLED WIRELESS INTERNET CONNECTION 'furnished to a very high standard' along with 'home from home' and 'most stylish apartment on the complex' are some of the most used comments in the guest book. Overlooking the communal pool and children's paddling pool (this is one of only a handful of complex's with a separate children's paddling pool) in a gated family orientated complex. Luxury master bedroom with king size bed and Bedroom 2 with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, sleeps 5 (6 including lounge). Cable TV and DVD player in lounge and master bedroom, TV channels include, BBC1, BBC2, ITV, CHANNELS 4&5, FILM 4, RTE and a selection of children's DVDs just in case. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and all mod cons. All just 10 minutes taxi ride from the airport and your there. Excellent choice of restaurants, bars and live entertainments along with varied children's entertainments close by in the town which is only 5 minutes stroll away and just beyond, the beautiful promenade and golden sandy beach.

We spent two weeks on this beautiful island and can honestly say that the apartment was PERFECT. It's very well equipped (the air-conditioning is fantastic!) and is close to both shops and restaurants as well as the beach. The beach itself was very quiet - even during the day - and by 6pm was deserted, so that's when we five went down for an early evening swim/snorkle (lots of fish!) before dinner. The kids also liked to feed bread to the fish on the rocks next to the beach - try it! Although we thought about hiring a car, we actually had everything we needed within walking distance (and there are buses within a few minutes of the apartment too). The taxi ride from the airport was only 10 minutes long, cost around 10 euros, and Anna and Steve (who are fantastic!) were at the apartment when we arrived. We looked at many villas before choosing this one and are SO pleased we did. Many thanks Graham - we'll be back!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Well what a truly unexpected and very welcome review to receive, it just about says it all about the island of Fuerteventura, the resort of Caleta de Fuste and most importantly, my beautiful beautiful apartment. I'm so so pleased I had the air conditioning installed earlier this year as it is the final piece of the jigsaw and a real boon as proved by this review. (my beautiful apartment is the most stunning and stylish apartment on the complex and the only one available for rent with air conditioning)

Really nice to see that my management, Anna and Steve, who set up and clean the apartment to such a very high standard, genuinely do care about the guests who stay, and give excellent help and advise from where the nearest supermarket is to the best places to visit for a day out and every thing in between are appreciated by all my lovely guests

All in all, its just perfect, try it yourself and just like these lovely guests, you'll return time and time again

Comfortable and relaxing

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay in Graham's apartment which had everything we needed for a real home-from-home holiday. The apartment is a good position for the many restaurants, shops and bars that Calete de Fuste has to offer. Anna and Steve who look after the apartment are a great couple and were on hand whenever needed. It was our first visit to the resort, but we are sure it will not be our last. Recommended!!
Owner's Response: Gosh, another wonderful review. It really makes me feel good knowing that so many of my guests have had a great time in my apartment. It was well worth the hard work to make sure I furnished my beautiful apartment to a very high standard and provided all the necessary items to make it a proper "home from home". Must admit though, the whole island is so lovely and has become a favourite location of so many first time visitors. Try it yourself and bet you'll return time and time again, especially to my apartment

BACK AGAIN FROM A HOLIDAY AT OUR FAVOURITE APPT
ON OUR FAVOURITE ISLAND
ONLY PROBLEM WAS A WEEK IS NOT LONG ENOUGH
SAVING TO GO BACK IN THE AUTUMN FOR TWO WEEKS

Perfect apartment, perfect location

Ten minutes by taxi from the airport and we were met by Steve and Anna who were very friendly and gave us details on how to contact them should we need to...we didnt, everything was fine. The apartment was all we had hoped for, we were blessed with exceptionally nice weather and particularly enjoyed breakfasts on the lovely balcony. The bakery three minutes walk away serves THE best bread and cakes and was very pleasant for a coffee stop. First visit to Fuerteventura and it will not be the last. The lovely apartment, beautifully furnished was within easy walking distance of some excellent restaurants and the glorious beaches where we spent most of our time strolling, enjoying the sunshine and drinking the odd beer or coffee. Just lovely, would love to return. Thank you Graham.
Owner's Response: THE PERFECT APARTMENT IN THE PERFECT LOCATION is how these recently returned lovely guests of mine describe my beautiful apartment, and I must agree with their unbiased opinion as it is. The bakery/cafe within the complex, do serve the most delicious bread, cakes and coffee so why not while away some down time there whilst people watching or enjoy their freshly baked croissants on my sun drenched balcony for your breakfast, what a fantastic way to start your day whilst deciding how your going to spend your chilled out day in the glorious sunshine, maybe a stroll into the beautiful little town or a wander along the promenade and spend sometime topping up the suntan on the fabulous golden sandy beach or catch a bus into the capital Puerto del Rosario for a look around and a bit of shopping, or just chill out on the sun loungers by the swimming pool on the complex, the choice's are endless but one thing for sure, you'll love my stylish and homely apartment and the area of Caleta de Fuste and have some wonderful memories to savour

This apartment is a beautiful welcoming comfy home from home ,the owner has done a fab job of making sure everything is there for your enjoyment ,ideally situated close to all Restaraunts but not too close to the local nightlife to disturb the children ,everything is readily available within a 10 minute walk,plenty to do for all the family or a lovely retreat for anyone wanting a quiet easy week in the sunshine. We will certainly be looking to use this apartment again as its by far the best we have used in caleta.
