Studios, 1&2 bed self catering apartments in Playa de las Americas, Tenerife

Self-catering studios, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments in Aparthotel with swimming pool, and 24 hour reception. Balconies facing south with sea views and sun. Centrally located for all amenities. 15 minutes from airport in taxi and 3 minutes walk from the beach at Puerto Colon Marina. Shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Apartments have coolie fans in sleeping and living areas. All apartments have full television service of uk and many european channels, with full self catering kitchens and washing machine and drying line . Balconies have sunloungers or reclining sunchairs, etc

Tenerife offers sunshine all year round with day temperatures ranging from 20 deg.C in winter months to 30 deg.C in summer months, however most times it's 25 deg.C.

With sunshine on your balcony before midday, until sunset at night and views to the ocean and marina at the popular Torviscas area you will find this complex and the location of the apartment all you need to enjoy your holidays.

The building is on seven floors and consists of 157 apartments comprising private owners from UK, etc and also tour operated rented flats, by European tour operators. The 24 hour reception can assist with most needs and there is also night security staff. The balcony of the apartments have sun most of the day and overlook the kidney shaped swimming pool with sea views. The balconies also has two sun loungers or recliner sun chairs, along with a table and four chairs as well as a pull out drying line.

The apartments are served by 2 lift elevators from the reception area .

The pool is heated and scaled for children shallow end and deep end for adults. A main Mercadona supermarket is located some 100 metres away, in the red/brown brick building located down escalators in the lower shopping mall. Food, drinks etc are most economically priced there. There are ample eating/drinking establishments nearby. Banks and money exchange facilities are all available near at hand.

A taxi ride from the airport is 22Euros (+/- £16) and lets you start your holiday upon your arrival in Tenerife with no delays as with tour operators.

Quality apartment at a quality price. Close to all amenities---buses, supermarkets, restaurants, bars etc. No hesitation in recommending to anybody wishing to use the complex. Being senior citizens we did not use the attractions nearby but received reports of their quality from other holidaymakers.
Already booked for 2013.

With fabulous views, ideal central location to all ammenities and attractions, all mod cons and very clean and friendly complex, this recently refurb apartment is absolutely perfect for a stay in Torviscas, Costa Adeje. We have stayed in quite a few of Alan's apartments in Tenerife and Lanzarote and would highly recommend them to all. Alan's apartment rentals provide great value for money and Alan himself is a pleasure to do business with. Have already booked to go back to another of Alan's apartments in the same complex next year.

We have just returned from 2 weeks in one of Alan's 2 bedroom apartments. The property was very clean with plenty of bath & hand towels. The towels and bedlinen where changed half way through the holiday. I couldn't work the DVD but after texting Steve the maintenance man He was there to sort it out within 10 minutes! The children thoroughly enjoyed themselves and made lots of new friends in and around the pool. We liked the fact that people staying at the apartments need to be let in by the receptionist or when she is not available by using a key they are provided with. There are lots of restaurants nearby and as we ate out every evening we tried many of them and didn't have a bad meal. The children enjoyed the inflatable play area in the sea near the complex and the boat trip to see the dolphins. The complex is very popular and a number of people we spoke to have been staying there year on year. My husband and myself have booked another apartment with Alan for March, 2011 and I must say the booking process was very easy. I would go so far as to say that Alan must be one of the most efficient owners I have come across. Oh! yes the children want to go again next July/August as lots of the friends they made this year have said they will be returning too.

Great time Great place

We stayed in one of Alans apartments in Los Geranios 13th Feb for a week and had a great time.
Everything ran like clockwork and I am well impressed with Alans organisation.
The apartment was clean and well presented as was the whole cpmplex, which was cleaned daily. It was simply furnished but we felt very comfortable and had everything we needed, (English TV) for what we called a 'chill' type holiday where we stayed in it a lot just going out for walks and on a night, (though one could use it for whatever one wanted).
There are numerous bars, restraunts and supermarkets all within minutes of the complex.
We had the sun from late morning until it set in the evening with supherb long distance views.
We will be using some of Alans properties again in the future as we feel it was excellant value for money.
