A very light, airy and spacious one bedroom apartment with stunning sea views and just 3 minutes walk from the beach. The property inteior floor area is 570sq ft, is furnished and the open plan kitchen is fully fitted. The living area leads directly onto the very large, 505 sq ft sun terrace-solarium, ideal for al fresco dining. The sun terrace is on the same floor as the apartment with no steps or stairs to access. Therefore it is quite safe for small children and guests with walking difficulties. The terrace is also furnished with garden furniture and sunloungers, facing south and sunny all day long. Enjoy the sun and the fantastic 180 degrees panoramic views from the comfort of your own terrace. The apartment also offers reinforced main door, video intercom, double glaze windows and marble flooring. Community garden and swimming pool. Lift and disable access. Free and easy parking on the street just outside the complex.

*The qualities of the apartment are irreproachable with a beautiful sight on the sea. We have a very good memory of our stay.
*Very nice apartment in a calm area. It was clean and well equipped. The residence looks very good and the swimming pool is beautiful. Very good place to stay if you want to move a bit away from the noise of the crowded Las Americas.
*The view is great, the terrace is huge and wonderful. The pool is very nice. The kitchen is perfect and well equipped. *We had a great time. The sun terrace is fabulous!The apartment was also good. Your photos on the website don't do it justice! Palm Mar was just exactly what we were looking for! We wanted to get right away from the hurly-burly, noise, bright lights, etc.It was so restful. We loved it. We would recommend the apartment to family, friends, etc. *The apartment was exceptional and enjoyed the tranquility of the area and and had some nice food in the cafe next to super bar. We enjoyed the walks.

A Happy Holiday!

Upon arrival we were greeted and shown around the apartment by Eugenio's mum & dad who were delightful. The apartment was spacious clean and modern, well equipped and ideally situated for the many and varied restaurants in Palm Mar. (The Sea Lounge restaurant nearby is a must, the beef medallion which is served on a hot stone so you cook it yourself to your liking is fantastic).
The large balcony the apartment has was wonderful to eat, relax, sunbathe and watch the sun setting from.
The swimming pool was a stones throw away, within the enclosure, although from the apartment no noise could be heard. The pool is a nice size, clean and has a pleasant grassy area surrounding it.
The local beach is good for crabbing with lovely large rocks to sit on and watch the fish in small pools.
If you go down to Pearls pub, upon request, they can arrange a taxi to get into Las Americas at a decent price.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week’s holiday and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.

Wonderful apartment

The apartment was everything the information leaflet we had said it would be. It was clean, very well equipped and ideally situated for the many and varied restaurants in Palm Mar. The view from the spacious balcony was super. The swimming pool was nearby and we enjoyed lounging on the grassy area that surrounded it. We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks holiday and are looking forward to returning again soon. We would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.

Nice, clean and well equipped apartment, everything is there and works well. Lovely terrace with a beautiful sunset, good supermarket within walking distance. Enough parking space and 10 minunten away by car to Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas and also the airport is not far.

Great Time at the Palm Mar Apartment

The apartment was very clean and tidy and provided all the facilities as if you were at home.
There was also a satelitte TV and DVD with lots of choices and a tremendous variety of books.
There is a wifi available to those using a computer
Palm Mar is a quiet place ideal for those wishing to relax and unwind. There are a number of very good walks
There is a small Bar directly below the apartment which is an ideal place to spend an hour at the end of the day.
However there was never any noise to be hear in the apartment.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car
