Our luxury villa is situated in the Spanish village of Tias which is just a just 10 minutes drive away from the resort of Puerto del Carmen. Casa Con Vista has fabulous views of the sea. The villa has 3 bedrooms, (1 king, 1 double and 1 twin) The double is en-suite and there is a family bathroom. Both bathrooms have double sinks, the family bathroom has a jacuzzi bath. There is a large lounge/dining room with sky TV and music system. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside there are 2 large patio areas. The top patio area has a large table and 8 chairs and barbeque. The lower patio has a large private heated pool 10x6 metres with 8 sun loungers. Both patio areas have magnificent sea views. Both patio areas have large parasols for shade during those long sunny days during winter and summer. The villa is tiled throughout and is immaculate.

Tias, Lanzarote: Casa Con Vista is in the lovely village of Tias. The property is on a large plot of 1000sq metres. It is in a very quiet road. The views are magnificent and from the 2 large windows in the lounge you have sea views. All local shops, bars and restaurants are only a 2 minute drive away. The local people are very friendly and the majority of them speak English!! Car hire is recommended and can be arranged from £60.00 per week.

Lanzarote: is 60 miles off the North West coast of Africa, the climate is dominated by the northeastern trade winds and the warm Canary stream produces glorious summer temperatures all year round. The average temperature during the winter months is 22oC. There are breathtaking views to the North of the Island to glorious sandy beaches in the South. The island has many places of interest to visit including Timanfaya National Park, which is an amazing phenomenon created by volcanic eruptions over 250 years ago. In the North of the island you will find Cuevas de los verdes (the green caves) which are lava tunnels produced by the volcanic eruptions. They are one of the longest in the world, stretching 7 kms below the sea and visitors can walk 1.5kms down into them.

Puerto Del Carmen: is situated on the South coast and is the most popular resort area on the island. The resort is only a 10 minute drive from the villa. The resort has many restaurants, bars and shops. Water sports are very popular and the area is well equipped for scuba diving, deep sea fishing, jet skis, wind surfing, parasending and boat hire. There are 2 Go Kart tracks within a 10 minute drive from the villa. The Premier golf course on the island is at Costa Teguise, which is a 15 minute drive. Visitors are very welcome and play all year round on this magnificent golf course. There is now a BRAND NEW GOLF COURSE recently opened between Tias and Puerto Del Carmen. Non members are welcome all year round.

Puerto Del Carmen the most popular resort is only a 10 minute drive away where you will find an extensive choice of restaurant's, shop's and bar's for all tastes. Puerto Del Carmen has long sandy beaches stretching many miles along the coastline.

Other Activities: Jet skis, boat trips and catarmaran excursions.

Notes: There are 2 additional single beds to enable 8 persons to sleep comfortably in our villa and these can be put in any of the bedrooms very easily. A child gate is also provided. English sky satellite TV is provided. An iron and ironing board are also provided. There is also a toaster in the kitchen. We provide all towels for the use at our villa and these are changed on Monday's and Thursday's. If you are staying for 2 weeks the villa will be cleaned after 1 week. The swimming pool has electric and solar heating and is cleaned twice a week.

The description given for this excellent accomodation is 100% accurate.
The property is luxurious and is very clean and well maintained.
We were contacted within 24 hours of our arrival to check that everything was to our satisfaction.
We shall certainly be returning in the future and have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful villa to work colleagues,family and friends.

We had a fantastic week at Casa Con Vista. The villa is very well equipped, clean and spacious and the pool is lovely. The property manager came to visit us the day after we arrived and the pool was cleaned regularly during our stay. The Villa is in a quiet village about 20 minutes walk from Tias, and 10 minutes in a taxi from Puerto Del Carmen, which has plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. We would definitely recommend the villa.

5 of us stayed for a week. The keys arrived a week or two beforehand with clear instructions on how to get to the Villa. On arrival we were not dissapointed. Large and deep pool, views of the sea, nice interior and everything clean and in good order. Had a wonderful stay and would definitey recomend it.

We had an excellent holiday at Casa con Vista, the villa is very spacious and comfortable. My children loved the swimming pool as it's different to your average villa pool (good size and shape). It has a big patio area which we used every day to have lunch and BBQ'S. The location is great, very quite but only a stone throw away from the local amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped and the whole villa very clean. We would defiantly recommend Casa Con Vista to all our family and friends. Thank you for a brilliant stay, we will be back!!

Casa con vista was a lovely villa. It was clean and homely. It had everything we needed and more.
The swimming pool was a lovely temperature and nice and big for the kids to play in. The terrace area is great for a BBQ!
The villa is situated in a great location, Tias is a lovely little village with everything you need from the supermarket to nice restaurants. The main sea front is only a short drive away.
We had a lovely holiday and would defiantly recommend the villa to friends and family and we look forward to staying here again ourselves in the future.
