3 Bedrooms, inc.double en-suite, 2 twins sharing bathroom + 2 child beds

This sunny, spacious villa is of excellent quality and offers perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday. It has three attractive bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. The master double has an en suite bathroom, safe and hairdryer and the two twin rooms share a full shower room. A cot, highchair and extra beds are available.

The spacious lounge , newly refurbished, has a stepped dining area with winter heater, satellite TV, VCR, DVD, CD player, ipod dock and radio with patio doors leading to the terrace with patio furniture. The large garden surrounding the heated pool, with calorex heating at all times at no extra charge, is private with high walls and has sun loungers with cushions, dining table with 6 chairs and cushions and a barbecue.

The well-equipped modern kitchen includes a dishwasher & microwave .Adjacent there is a walled laundry area with washing-machine. .Towels are changed twice a week and linen weekly. Guests are provided with beach towels.

Villa Victoria is in an ideal quiet location on Calle de Fuerteventura with a local shop just down the road for the delicious fresh bread in the morning. A further 4 minutes will bring you to a range of bars and restaurants and choice of 2 supermarkets. Within an 8 minute stroll is Las Cucharas, the golden beach and the many seafront restaurants and shops while a walk along the attractive promenade brings you to the busier part of Costa Tequise with its weekly small market in the square. A car is not necessary, although the villa has a driveway with parking for 2 cars, and if you do not wish to hire a car there are efficient local buses, numerous taxis and varied tours to the interesting places on the island. The golf course and waterpark are both 5 minutes drive away.

  • Prices quoted are for upto 4 people. Extra persons are charged at £60 per person per week upto 6 people. 2 extra children charged at £35 per child per week upto maximum of 8 persons occupancy. Discount for 2 persons on certain. dates.
    Deposit is £200 per week with full payment 8 weeks before departure. A damage deposit of £100 is required with the final payment. This is fully refundable, as long as no damage occurs, upon return from holiday. .
    Prices include electric heated pool to 26C .
    Information can be given about transfers to and from Arrecife airport along with luggage storage for late departures.
    Transport to a large cheaper supermarket can be arranged .

From the moment we landed in Lanzarote, we were greeted by Angela, who was friendly and very informative on places of interest. The villa itself was immaculate. As we were blessed with the weather, the accommodation was bright and airy. The outside space was plentiful. We couldn't of asked for anything better. The walk down the zig zag path was a nice 10 minute stroll. I would defiantly recommend the villa, and if i was to ever return to Costa Teguise would book Villa Victoria again.

Just Perfect

The villa was just perfect we had a lovely time. The weather was good and it was so nice to lie around our own luxury heated pool. We certainly escaped the Siberian weather we were having in Scotland. Just wishing we had gone to Costa Tequise before, it was so much nicer than Puerto del Carmen. There were so may nice restaurants and we loved sitting in the square at night listening to the music. It was a bit chilly some nights but we were prepared with a jacket. Angela was great, it all worked out very well with our transfers.
We all loved the villa and hopefully we can return next year all being well.

Wall to Wall Sunshine !

We had a wonderful time in Lanzarote with wall to wall sunshine. Your villa was lovely with so much space and we made full use of the lovely heated pool, interspersed with trips to the beach. Absolutely no need for a car which was great and Angela and Keith looked after our arrival and departure - very pleasant people.

We have stayed 3 times at this villa, very clean, plenty of outside space, pool lovely and warm, good well equipted kitchen. Keith and Angela will pick you up from the airport and take you back. They can't do enough for you.

Anyone who books this villa will not be disappointed
