Lovely spacious 1 bed apartment

As I went on holiday with myself and my son (13) the single room layout was perfect. A good size double and one single and very comfortable. The kitchen/dining area has all you need for a holiday and the lounge area is comfortable and had, what was important to us, a DVD player. My son and I had a great chill out holiday and with the car free promenade only minutes away, it offered a great opportunity for walking, cycling, drinking (non-alcoholic and alcoholic!) and eating all on our doorstep. The best activity we did on our 9 day break was to go swimming with the sealion at Ranchas Texas - cannot rate this high enough. A fabulous, memorable, one hour of our lives - great photos provided by them on a DVD for 20 Euros - sooooo worth money paid. Only downside of holiday was the pool at the apartments was freezing! Outside temp when we were there was 24 degrees with a cooling breeze. Perfect for sunbathing and relaxing and sleeping but not so great for being in an unheated pool. Overall, though, I have to say, we had a great holiday. Will be back.

Does what it says on the tin. Great location, clean apartment. Close enough to everything you need for a cracking holiday. Owner was very helpful and very easy to book. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The complex itself was immaculate. Matagorda was a quiet resort with few busy irish bars which are very good. Puerto del Carmen is only a 4 euro taxi ride away. Plenty of v good restaurants in matagorda. Hope to return very soon

We found everything as described in the information. All dealings with the owner was very good. The apartment was spacious and clean with a lovely big bathroom.
The property was situated about 10 minutes from the sea front where you can find lots of nice restaurants. The walks along the sea front are superb with beautiful views.
All in all I would recommend this to anyone who wants a friendly, relaxing holiday.
