Situated in a residential area of Puerto-Del-Carmen, but only minutes walk from the beach, the numerous restaurants, bars and night life of the centre, Sanfermin is therefore ideally situated to be away from it all yet still enjoy this lively resort with its choice of long sandy beaches and small rocky coves.

It is only 10 minutes by Taxi or car from the airport and there are bus services to the capital Arricefe and the other main resorts.

This comfy, bright, spacious well equipped first floor apartment affords ideal family accommodation. It comprises of: Lounge area with Kitchen / Dinning area off, Separate bedroom, Bathroom with shower Balcony with views over the rooftops.The complex has a pool and separate children’s pool . Beaches are within five minutes walk and there is a supermarket close by.

TV with numerous english speaking channels is included free of charcge. BBC. ITV is available at a cost of £5 per week.

Not the holiday home we expected.

We booked this apartment for five weeks,but we stayed only five days,mainly due to the man in the apartment below.He played loud music for up to eight hours a day and night,and he would not co-operate with us when asked to turn it down.The owners where told about this numerous times,but after five days we had to move,as it was as bad as ever.With the number of five star reviews we had high hopes but this was torture.This has cost us quite an amount of anxiety and money.There are also dogs on this complex when there are signs stating no perros (dogs).We would not recommend this apartment to anyone.We have since received a meagre amount of recompense for our troubles,never again.

New year in lanzarote

This was a last minute holiday, found this lovely little apartment by chance and it turned out to be a great base for our week away. We had never been to any of the Canary Islands so it was a great adventure exploring the area, we loved the apartment it has everything you could want, beds are very comfortable, the balcony was great for breakfast and enjoying the evening sun. Very close to the seafront with all its restaurants, had some great meals, hire a car and the roads are good and you can see all the island, we enjoyed the biggest market in Teguise a great morning out. Recommended place to stay.

Brilliant week!

Just had a great week at this apartment! Beryl and Phil the owners are lovely people who communicated well with us both before and after our holiday. As the apartments seem to be mainly residential it makes for a peaceful location to just relax. It's only a five minute walk to the supermarket and the beach is just across from there too. The kids had the pool to themselves most of the time. The apartment was clean and had everything you need. We would certainly like to use this apartment again when we return to Lanzarote. Thank you Beryl and Phil.

We have just spent 17 days at this lovely and spacious apartment.apartment is well kept with comfortable settees and beds everything was in the apartment for what you needed for a great holiday balcony was a good size which received the sun all day phil and beryl were very good with communication and very helpful with keeping in touch and making sure everything was ok.lyn the cleaner was lovely and pleasant asking if we had everything we needed and asked if she could help us with anything which was very nice especially if its your first time the complex is well maintained and has a lovely swimming pool and must i just say we found the residents on the complex were very friendly and pleasant the complex is very quiet relaxing place to stay and in a very good position.we found the complex lovely and exceptionaly quiet with very little noise which was very reassuring. Wouldjust like to thank phil and beryl for a wonderful time we had in there apartment and will definitely be in touch again to stay was going to book in january but is fully booked what a shame should of booked earlier. Many thanks phil and beryl

A fabulous week

We stayed in the apartment for a week at the end of January and had a great time. It was very comfortable, clean and well equiped (Matched the description perfectly!) Communication with the owners was fantastic both before we went and when we returned.

It is the first time we have hired out a private rental apartment and based on this experience, would definately do it again. It was exceptional value for money.

The general setting of the apartment was good and it was within easy reach of all amenities. We hired a car for most of the week and found that the island was a great place to explore, we found some beautiful hidden gems. With hindsight we would have arranged to collect a car straight from the airport on arrival and drop it off on our return. Although there are things to do during the day and some nice beaches within the resort, we found that the best beaches on the island were only accessible by car - well worth a few visits though!

I knew that the island would be nice before we visited but didnt realise that it would be as spectacular as it actually is.

Overall, a great holiday.
