We have a license approved by the government and qualified as a 4-star holiday rental.

'De Drie Koningen' has a long tradition of hospitality. In the 14th century it was already used as a guesthouse. Today this hospitality is reflected into 6 spacious and comfortable apartments at the Twijnstraat in the very center of Bruges.

The apartments can accommodate 2-8 persons : dining area, 1-4 bedrooms, 1-2 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen, free Wifi, Ipad, terrace.... Our visitors can also enjoy the common amenities such as the garden, swimming pool, garages, 'Honesty' bar with Belgian beers, DVD collection, home bread delivery,... ‘De Drie Koningen' is therefore an excellent place for those who want to explore our city with family or friends.

Both apartments offer accommodation for 4 persons each. 'St-Donaas' is the ground floor apartment with dining room, drawing room, 2 bedrooms (queen size and twins) and a bathroom (bath and separate shower). The apartment gives access to a terrace and a private garden. The apartment breaths a real cosy atmosphere and embraces his visitors with history and authenticity. 'St Niklaas' is the apartment on the first floor and has a living area with dining room, 2 bedrooms (queen size and twins) and a bathroom with bath. It still shows traces of the past : candle niches from the 14th century and interior decoration from the 19th century. This apartment has no balcony or terrace. The cultural/historic patrimony of Bruges is world famous (UNESCO world heritage) . The Bruges monuments, museums and particularly the unspoiled historic cityscape attract thousands of visitors every year.

'De Drie Koningen' is located in a very quiet neighborhood only 2 minutes away by foot from the main square. Within only a few minutes walk, visitors can reach all the highlights such as the Town Hall, Holy Blood, Groeninghe museum,Beguinage, Brewery 'De Halve Maan ', Chocolate Museum, etc...

The shopping area is also nearby. Shops and boutiques, supermarkets, restaurants and take aways are within 5 minutes walking. Every Wednesday and Saturday there is also a cozy food market in the city center.

Tired of walking? We can strongly recommend a canal boat trip or carriage ride. Or what about a bike tour in and around Bruges ? or to Holland or the beach ?

The unti was very comfortable, one could not ask for a better location close to all facilities but in quiet street. If we return to Brugge would not consider any other location. Ann and Nico were most helpful, coud not fault.

We loved it here. The central location, the ambience, the lot! The Market Square is a two minute walk away, with restaurants almost on the door step. The owners have gone to great lengths to ensure a warm welcoming stay. The apartment is beautiful, the honesty bar is well stock and very reasonably priced and the bread delivery service is also a great touch. Would highly recommend.

We rented St. Donaas and had a fantastic time. The accommodation is superb and far superior to staying in a hotel. The location is unbelievable, you are right in the heart of Bruges. Nico and Ann were on vacation whilst we were there, but their daughter Evie looked after us. We got stranded because of the rail strikes and couldn't get a taxi so Ben, Evie's partner personally drove us to the airport. No hotel would give you that kind of service! Thankyou both so much for the kindness you showed.

Fantastic place and we will definitely return.

We rented the 3 bedroom, two bathroom apartment and were delighted with the location, comfort and charm of the property.
It was wonderful to return after a busy sightseeing day and feel relaxed and at home. Nico and Ana have over 200 DVDs that you can watch, an honor, well stocked bar system and a fresh bakery delivery service.We would definitely recommend this property to any of our friends.

We enjoyed a long weekend in Brugges. The appartment is ideally situated as a 2 minute walk takes you to all the main areas. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable and the hosts extremely pleasant. The private garden was great with a table and sun beds. We would stay again.
